1/3 cup Shot espresso
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla essence
1 cup NOTMILK
- Prepare the espresso shot according to your coffee machine (Italian, French or American)
- For the caramel sauce: in a pan, add sugar and heat it.
- Add the Not Milk (warm) and stir carefully.
- Froth the Not Milk.
- To serve: in a cup put caramel sauce at the bottom, add the frothed Not Milk and then pour the espresso shot.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce on top.
